Mr. Joyce is a member of the Florida Bar and has practiced law in Miami since 1979. During that time, he has served on the Board of Directors of World Servants, a mission organization operating in the Dominican Republic, Haiti and Jamaica. He served as Treasurer of Key Biscayne Presbyterian Church and on the Missions Committee having responsibility for funding mission organizations based in North America.
His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts, University of Miami and Juris Doctor, University of Miami School of Law.
