Ms. Nancy Sheldon
Director of International Banking

Ms. Nancy Sheldon, Director of International Banking, established a financial services company in 1986 which engaged in foreign exchange trading in Latin America and Africa.  In 1989, Ms. Sheldon established an investment company where she identified distressed emerging markets as debt, as a tool to develop arbitrage opportunities in foreign exchange and debt trading, principally in Latin America and Eastern Europe.  Her clients included major U.S. and multinational corporations and U.S. and European nonprofit organizations.  At that time, Ms. Sheldon established one of the first funds of its kind to invest in distressed emerging market debt and acted as its chief investment officer.

Ms. Sheldon has extensive banking experience in structuring asset-based complex credits, loan syndication, and debt restructuring.
